Jessica Oliver was apprehended by the Chesterfield Police. All bonds have been revoked.
On February 9th, 2016, Jessica Oliver skipped court in the Chesterfield Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court for felony larceny and breaking and entering charges. Since then, she’s been on the run, spending most of her time in Memphis, Tennessee. In July of 2016, she came back to Chesterfield county on a bus, where she was quickly apprehended by the Chesterfield Police. She was still wanted and one or more of her friends called Crime Solvers and turned her in.
